Reminder text messages, paid per unit.
- Only messages accepted by the carrier are billed; a rejected message costs nothing.
- They are added to the following month's Stripe invoice, on a “reminder SMS” line.
- You set a monthly cap per restaurant: 1000 by default, 2000 at most. Beyond it, only the email is sent.
- The option requires a subscription: during the trial without a card, the reminder goes by email only.
- French mobile numbers (06 and 07) only; the text message is added to the reminder email, it does not replace it.

Step 1 · Setup
You create your account
No card needed: the 14-day trial starts when you create your restaurant. Every feature is open; you set up the planner, the booking page and your quotas.
Step 2 · During service
You subscribe when you are ready
In Settings › Subscription, you enter your company's SIREN number, then subscribe through Stripe. A restaurant added later is billed pro rata; the price never changes with your covers or your bookings.
Step 3 · Guest side
You get the invoice from Stripe
Each month, Stripe collects the subscription and issues the PDF invoice. If you have turned on reminder text messages, a “reminder SMS” line is added the following month, for the number of messages actually sent.

What the product does today, and what it does not: better to know before you try it.
- Prices exclude VAT: VAT is added on the invoice.
- You cancel yourself from “Manage my subscription” (Stripe portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the period already started. There is no pause: you cancel, then subscribe again.
- No annual payment today: the subscription is monthly.
- Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the planner and the booking page are suspended. Data is kept for 60 days and export stays open; after that, a trial that never subscribed is deleted.
- After a declined payment, you have 7 days to settle it before access is blocked; export stays open.
- Text messages do not come in bundles: they are paid per unit (€0.08 excl. VAT), only when accepted by the carrier, with a monthly cap per restaurant (1000 by default, 2000 at most). The option requires a subscription; the trial without a card sends the email only.

Is there a commission per cover or a setup fee?
No. The subscription is fixed: there is no commission per cover, no setup fee and no tier based on the number of covers or bookings.

Yes, all prices exclude VAT, which is added on top. Stripe collects the subscription and issues the invoice as a PDF, with your company's SIREN number.
How much does a second restaurant cost?
€39 excl. VAT a month for each additional restaurant, in the same account and the same subscription. A restaurant added mid-month is billed pro rata. Deactivating one takes effect at the next renewal: the current month is still due.
