About Resatop

Resatop is published by LXD CORP, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) headquartered in Créteil, France (SIREN 989 754 304). Its president, Laurent Dubois, is the publication director.

Laurent Dubois : Information systems engineer, founder of Resatop and head of LXD Corp. Specialising in automation and SaaS development, he shares practical advice on the blog for streamlining booking management and taking a business digital without friction.

Restaurant data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Details of providers and retention periods are in the privacy policy (in French).

• A fixed price. €49 excl. VAT a month for the first restaurant, €39 excl. VAT for each additional restaurant, never an amount per cover.
• Your guests stay yours. The guest list belongs to you, nothing is resold, and you can export all of it whenever you want.
• No commitment. A 14-day trial with no card, no setup fee and no minimum term.

• Restaurant planner on a tablet: time slots with how full they are, “Arrived” check-in, no-shows, live updates on every device
• Optional floor plan: dining rooms and terrace drawn table by table, bookings placed on tables by dragging with a finger, combinable tables for groups, walk-ins and blocked tables; online, a time slot is only offered if a table is free for the whole meal
• Dining room capacity without a plan: how many covers are seated at once, based on meal length
• Booking page and widget to embed on the restaurant's website, group requests, in French, English and German
• Emails to guests: confirmation, change, cancellation by link, reminder, review request; alerts to the restaurant
• Guests change or cancel their booking from a link, with no password, within a time limit set by the restaurant, and add it to Google Calendar or their calendar (.ics)
• Optional reminder text message, sent with the reminder from the planner: €0.08 excl. VAT per message, adjustable monthly cap, French mobile numbers
• Configurable card guarantee (Stripe): from a party size and an amount per guest chosen by the restaurant, on online bookings; the authorisation is released if the guest comes or cancels, and charged for a recorded no-show
• Guest list with search, notes and history of visits and no-shows
• Statistics by day, by service and by booking source, with estimated revenue
• Team with roles, several restaurants under one account, full data export (CSV and ZIP)

• No automatic text messages: the reminder text is sent when the team triggers it from the planner, and only to French mobile numbers
• No automatic import from another tool: upcoming bookings are re-entered
• France only at launch
